What are your business hours?

Our standard hours are:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    After-hours appointments may be available upon request and may be held virtually.

I provide:

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I currently accept the following insurance providers:

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, a sliding scale is available on a case-by-case basis for clients who qualify.

How long does it take to get a response?

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to phone calls or emails

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can request an appointment by calling or emailing. If you need a time outside of standard hours, please ask about after-hours virtual availability.
